How much does PriceOye charge for delivering products?

Our delivery is completely free. Rs 300 is added in case of choosing Open Parcel as delivery method.

Does PriceOye ship internationally?

We only deliver in the cities of Pakistan currently.

How can I track my order from PriceOye online?

How can I view my Order Packaging Video?

You can now view the order packaging video once your order is in transit by visiting your Priceoye.pk Account. Click the Order ID to view the desired video. https://priceoye.pk/account/orders

Cancellations and Modifications

How do I cancel my order on PriceOye?

You can cancel your order by calling us directly on our helpline at 051-111 693 693. If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery and return it to our Rider. Our team will identify your order as canceled, and the advance payment will be reimbursed.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The already made payments will be refunded to you.

I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the courier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund. The refund time varies with the method of Refund. View more

Would the consumer receive their entire payment if they cancel a paid order?

In case of order cancellation by Customer, Processing fee will not be refunded.

Returns and Replacement

What is Priceoye’s Return and Replacement Policy?

The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:

1. The product is different from what was mentioned on the website.

2. A defective/damaged product has been received.

Can I return the product to PriceOye if I don’t like it?

You can only return the product if it is faulty.

How long would it take me to receive the refund/replacement of the returned product?

It can take 5 to 7 working days for a refund or replacement.

Does Priceoye pick up the product I want to return from my location?

For return pick up a CN will be shared with you via email and you will be requested to visit your nearest courier office to return the product. For more details Return Process.

Why has my return request been declined?

Your return request would have been declined for following reasons:

-No Unboxing Video

-Issue not reported within 3 days time

-Issue is not valid for return

Where can I find the refund form?

Please access the provided link: https://priceoye.pk/account/orders

Select "Refund Orders" and click on the "Request Refund" button. This will display a form where you can fill in the required details to initiate the refund process.

Sign Up and Login

How do I create an account on Priceoye?

Please visit our login page priceoye.pk/login. You will be given an OTP. Enter OTP . Click Register and fill out all of the required information. Your account has been created.

What if I don't receive an OTP due to poor network connectivity?

Click on the resend button and wait for sometime.

Do I need to provide email to create an account on Priceoye?

Providing an email is mandatory to create an account on Priceoye. You will be receiving your order details via email.

Payments

How can I pay online for the product I purchased from PriceOye?

You can pay online through One Link, Mastercard or Visa Card.

Can I pay through Cash on Delivery?

You can pay for the product online as well as make payment on delivery.

How can I pay for my order at Priceoye?

You can make payment by using following options

What is the eligibility criteria to avail Easy Monthly Installment plan (EMI) ?

Easy Monthly Installment plan (EMI) is available for credit card holders. EMI plan applies for all products with a value of Rs. 10,000 or above.

What happens if a bank rejects EMI conversion?

Customer needs to pay the full amount of the transaction to the bank, since the EMI facility is at sole discretion of the issuing bank, please contact your card issuing bank.

How do I apply a coupon on my order?

You can apply a coupon on the cart page before order placement. Simply enter the coupon code and click on the apply tab.

What are the conditions for BNPL?

To buy products on installment your order amount should be 10,000 or more. You must have a valid credit card of either of the following banks:

1. MCB
2. UBL
3. Bank Alfalah
4. Faysal Bank
5. Silk Bank
6. Askari Bank Limited
7. JS Bank

I was trying to process my order on BNPL but my session expired. What should I do now?

Can I opt for an installment plan with my debit card?

You can only choose an installment plan if you have a credit card.

Do you offer installments for HBL Bank?

We are currently offering installment on credit cards of following banks only.

1. Bank Alfalah
2. UBL
3. MCB
4. Askari Bank
5. Silk Bank
6. JS Bank
7. Faysal Bank

Why has my full amount been reserved by the bank?

The complete payment of your purchase is reserved by your Bank and not deducted. The Bank then releases the amount to the available limit as the installment plan successfully proceeds toward its completion. You can contact your bank for further verification.

Will my processing fee and installment amount be refunded if I cancel my BNPL Order ?

On cancellation of an order by the customer, the processing fee will be non-refundable. Whereas cancellation of the order by the company for reasons like out of stock or unforeseen events, the company will return the total amount along with the processing fee.

Why is my BNPL request canceled?

BNPL orders do not proceed if the total amount to be paid exceeds your card limit. The total amount includes (product price + EMI plan chosen + Processing fee + service charges).

Open Parcel Delivery

Does PriceOye offer Open Parcel Delivery?

Yes, PriceOye offers Open Parcel Delivery at the time of delivery in the cities of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi.

What are the service charges for Open Parcel Delivery?

Priceoye will charge Rs300 for Open Parcel Delivery.

Can I open the box of product or remove the seal before paying?

Open Parcel Delivery is an exclusive service of PriceOye which ensures that you only receive what you ordered. You can check the condition of the box, the company’s seal, and the colour mentioned on the pin-packed mobile box, but you cannot break the seal of the mobile box to check the inner physical appearance, components, or the functioning of the product.

Self Pick Up

Where can I pick up my order?

You can pick your order from our experience centers and warehouses located in Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore.

Why is Self-Pick-up Service not available in the other cities?

The Self-Pick-up option is only available for cities which have our authorized warehouses. We will soon be extending the service to other major cities.

How can I avail Self-Pick up Service?

You can avail this service by selecting the Self-Pickup option when placing an order online on our website.

How do I know that my order has been delivered and is ready for pickup?

Once your order is ready to be dispatched by our team, an SMS will be sent to you including the address of our warehouse and time for pick-up. If you do not receive notification in 5 working days, please contact our customer care service.

How to pick up the order?

Show up at our warehouse, share your order number and pickup notification received through SMS along with your Original CNIC. Collect your parcel.

How long will the pickup location hold the order?

The pickup location will hold the order for 48 hours after the confirmation. If the order is not collected by the customer during that time, the location will cancel and mark the order as return.
